» Hours of Operation

We are generally available from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. The initial consultation is at no charge.

» Our Billing Practices

Most services are billed at an hourly rate of $200.00 per hour. Some services, however, are billed on a flat fee basis. For example, a "one person" corporation is a flat fee of $600.00 which includes the filing fees. In other instances, there are usually no other charges billed except court costs, filing fees, delivery charges, and other direct out-of-pocket costs. We invoice monthly and would appreciate payment upon receipt of the invoice.
